More About Our Guest Presenter Sam Madan:
Sam Madan has been involved in several facets of the communications and marketing arena. His professional portfolio includes writing for Tribune Media Services, serving at Northwestern University’s Medill School as Director of Marketing, providing marketing and project management consulting services to various clients, and is currently employed as Director of Special Events & External Relations for Pillars, a leading mental health and social service agency in the Chicagoland region.
Throughout his professional career, he has engaged in activities that have led to interaction with prominent figures, public officials, CEOs, presidents of institutions, and global leaders—including the Sheika of Qatar. Utilizing written communication, as well as face-to-face meetings, he has presented ideas, programs, and demonstrations to a variety of audiences. In several of his professional roles, Sam’s responsibilities involved not only determining various audiences and assessing segmentation, but also determining how best to reach out to various stakeholders and effectively drive action from within each constituent group using various platforms and mediums.
